Refund and Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Nuvori purchase. Because our products are consumable dietary supplements, our return policy balances customer satisfaction with health and safety requirements.

Unopened products

Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Opened products

For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or used supplement products, as these cannot be resold. If you are unhappy with a product you have opened, contact us at support@nuvorim.com. We review these situations individually and will do our best to find a fair resolution.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us at support@nuvorim.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. You do not need to return the item.

How to start a return

Email support@nuvorim.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm whether your return is eligible and send instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us — unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item, or of approving a claim for a damaged or incorrect item. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Original shipping costs are not refunded except where the return is due to our error.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they enter fulfillment. Because we ship quickly, this window is short. Email support@nuvorim.com as soon as possible and we will cancel the order if it has not yet been processed.
