The products

Are the doses actually printed on the label?

Yes. Every capsule and gummy in the Series lists each active ingredient with its form and its milligram. The one exception is Nuvori Daily, a greens powder: like every greens powder, it is listed by blend weight, and the label says so. The Supplement Facts panel is the second image on every product page.

Where are they made?

In a cGMP-registered facility in the United States, and shipped from the United States.

Are they tested by a third party?

Our manufacturing partner operates under cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice), the FDA framework covering identity, purity, strength and composition. We do not currently publish independent third-party test results. If that changes, you will read it here first.

Are they vegan?

Most are. Sleep Formula uses a gelatin capsule. Collagen Renew contains fish-derived collagen. Daily contains bee pollen and royal jelly. Everything else is plant-based.

Allergens?

Daily contains wheat, barley and bee products. Collagen Renew contains fish (tilapia) and tree nuts (coconut). Each product page lists its allergens under Supplement Facts.

Taking them

When should I take each one?

Morning: Daily, NAD+ Booster, Energy, Vitality, Metabolic (with a meal). Evening: Sleep Ritual, Sleep Formula, Calm, 30 to 60 minutes before bed. Collagen Renew: any time. Same time each day matters more than the exact hour.

Can I take more than one?

Yes — the Series is designed as a system. Our three Protocols are the combinations we recommend most. If you take medication or have a medical condition, ask your doctor before adding any supplement.

How long until I notice something?

Sleep is the one system most people notice within days. Adaptogens and cellular support are studied over eight to twelve weeks. Give it a season before you judge it.

Pregnant, nursing, or on medication?

Consult a healthcare professional before use. This is not a formality; some ingredients interact with medications.

Shipping

How much is shipping and how long does it take?

Free, to every US address we serve. Orders ship within one to two business days and arrive in three to five.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not yet. We ship to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC.

Will I get tracking?

Yes, by email as soon as the order ships.

Orders, returns, subscriptions

What is your return policy?

Unopened products can be returned within 30 days. If something arrives damaged, defective or wrong, send a photo within 14 days and we replace it or refund it in full — nothing to ship back. Full details in our Refund Policy.

How does Subscribe & Save work?

15% off, delivered every one or two months. Skip, pause or cancel any time from your account. No minimum commitment.

Where is Nuvori based?

Nuvori is designed in Athens, Greece, and manufactured and shipped in the United States. Our products, pricing and shipping are built for US customers.
